Okay... bit of background - I'm singing in a concert on Saturday with this lot. Since Summer Girl can't make it (she has more important things to do, apparently), I posted this so she'd know what I'm talking about when I start to panic next week.

MusicWhat the bumbling fek is this?Mar 11, '06 6:47 AM
for everyone
This baroque-y type tune has been knocking around my head for at least six years. I know I didn't write it, as I nearly lost control of my car when I heard it on Classic FM three years ago (once, and they used it in a jingle, so I couldn't check the playlist - don't think I didn't try. Don't think I didn't bombard them with pleas and entreaties to tell me what it is, either). It's been quiet for a while, but just recently it's reared its ugly head again and I find myself humming it. If anyone can tell me what it is, I will kiss their feet.

Apologies for the timing and tuning of this - the software I used to mix it was cheap, the original tracks were me humming it into a dictaphone, it's a mess - but you can tell what it should sound like I think. I honestly don't sound quite this nasal in real life (well, okay, I probably do, but I'm in denial, okay?)
